Hi, I'm Amber. I was rescued by my mother when she found me alone as a kitten wandering in her back yard. I have spent my entire life with her and with my sister Fluffy and brother Tommy. Recently mom fell which added to her problems since she'd already been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. So now we have to find another home to go to. We are being taken care of by Robin who is also in our family but she has allergies and cannot keep us all. Of course, I'd love to stick with my siblings but I doubt that that will happen. I am a very gentle cat and a very healthy one. I was my mom's favorite cat and I always sat in her lap while she crocheted hats and scarves for the humans in our family. When I wasn't busy with that, I sat looking out the window watching the birds. Since I've been at my foster mother's house, I've detected the presence of a mouse and the threat of a chipmunk lurking outside so I just sit on my perch in the garage waiting. I know I can't go out as I've always been an indoor cat. I do so hope somebody will want to give me a new place to sit and plan my hunting adventures.
