Low Cost Spay and Neuter Program
Animal rescue groups like CATALES have been formed because of the terrible problem of pet overpopulation. There is a tremendous lack of education within our local communities about this issue. What is needed is an army of "soldiers" who care enough about the welfare of companion animals to start working toward the solution. Only by organizing in effective and efficient ways can we convince our local and state representatives to pass laws such as the mandating of animal control officer training and the implementing of a low-cost spay/neuter program for all cats and dogs statewide.
