I'm Rusty! Aren't I handsome? I used to live in a feral colony in Middletown and my caretaker, Nicole would come and feed me and my friends every day. Then I got injured and something happened to my leg. I couldn't walk on it, and I needed to have vet care. Nicole brought me to Catales where I could recover comfortably.
